How do I register for a shoot? for archers
- 1
Sign in once
Open yourclub.archeryscores.app on your phone and tap My Scores. Sign in with your Google account — or pick your name and enter the 4-digit PIN your club gave you. First time with Google? You'll link to your archer record (or register as new) in one step.
- 2
Join the night's event
When your club starts an event, scan the User Access QR code on the clubhouse scoreboard (or just open the site). Pick your name, confirm your PIN, and choose a bale position — or let the system auto-assign you one.
- 3
Score end by end
After each end, tap your arrow values on the keypad — highest to lowest is handled for you, and X's are counted automatically. The big screen updates within seconds.
- 4
Or score the whole bale together
Prefer one device per target? Scan the bale QR code posted at your bale — everyone shooting on it scores from that one phone or tablet, no individual sign-in needed.
- 5
Done — it's all saved
When your last end goes in, your round completes automatically. Every end lives in My Scores: event history, league standings, averages, and progress over time.
How do I create a new event? for club admins
- 1
Sign in to the admin panel
Go to yourclub.archeryscores.app/admin and sign in with Google. Only email addresses on your club's admin list get in — you manage that list under Admin → Users.
- 2
Create the event
Under Admin → Events, choose New Event: give it a name and date, set the number of ends and bales, and pick the scoring style — USA indoor, outdoor 720, NFAA, Lancaster, or 3D (IBO/ASA). Tie it to a league if it's a league week.
- 3
Activate it
Press Activate when it's time to shoot. Only one event is live at a time — the clubhouse scoreboard switches to it immediately, QR codes and all.
- 4
Print the bale QR codes
Under Admin → Bales, every bale has a permanent QR code. Print and post them once — archers scan to score, and you can drag archers between bales if the line needs rebalancing.
- 5
Run the night
Watch scores land in real time. Fix a mis-entered end under Admin → Edits. When the night wraps, league standings are already computed — handicaps, drop weeks, makeups and all — and you can email results to the whole league in one click.
Quick answers
Which scoring styles are supported?
USA Archery indoor (3 arrows) and outdoor 720 (6 arrows), NFAA (5 arrows, X counts 5), Lancaster Classic (11-point X ring), and 3D courses scored IBO or ASA — including 14-ring bonus scoring.
Do archers need to install anything?
No — everything works in the phone browser. There's also a native iPhone and Apple Watch app for one-tap sign-in and scoring straight from the wrist on 3D courses.
Can archers practice between league nights?
Yes. Personal practice rounds live in My Scores — any scoring style, any number of ends, tracked separately from league play.
What if someone misses a league week?
If your league allows makeups, archers can shoot missed weeks later — the system tracks how many makeups each archer has left and folds the scores into the standings automatically.
What shows on the clubhouse TV?
The live scoreboard: lane-by-lane ends, totals and X counts, grouped by class if you like, with your club's logos and sign-in QR codes. When the range goes quiet it can rotate to league standings.
How does my club get set up?
Email sales@archeryscores.app. Your club gets its own address — yourclub.archeryscores.app — with your roster, your leagues, and your branding.
